If you are facing any billing issues such as: 

 

  • activating your Showmax account through one of our partner providers,
  • switching to a partner provider,
  • having billing queries after signing up with a partner,
  • cancelling your subscription with a partner provider,
  • updating your payment method with a partner provider,

 

then you should contact the partner provider directly for assistance. This is because the partners manage your account and billing.
